When a new Angel signs up, they must provide two references from families where they have babysat before. They also fill out their profile with detailed information about themselves.

In addition to the iDIN check, our recruiter personally performs a check on every candidate. We look closely at experience, motivation, and how they interact with children of different ages. Also specifically on baby experience if that is relevant. Only when everything feels right does she get access.
